Failure To Read The Terms Of Service Is on You, Not Rusty Mafia
(These terms of service will be updated regularly so be sure to check back regularly if you want to know what is in the TOS. Before donating, we recommend you to be 100% about donating before doing so because you will not want any regrets that could possibly lead you to wanting your money back because refunds aren't given out. More information about donations not being refundable can been seen below)
- When donating you agree to still follow the server rules.
- When donating, you are not immune to the rules, you can still receive punishments for breaking the rules on the server and within the community.
- Donations are not refundable so if you charge back, you will not be given a refund. You know what you're donating before so if you're having second thoughts about donating, stop and think before doing so because refunds will not be given out. For more information on this matter, contact Cal.
- Donating for the wrong VIP option by mistake is something we understand. So, for example, if you donate for Master VIP but were meant to donate for VIP, you may be refunded if you let us know within the next 24 hours but once the 24 hours has passed, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Donating does not make you immune to losing your rank, if permanently banned, there is a chance of losing your rank.
- Donating does not make your above other players, yes you are a donator but you will not be treated differently to a regular player.
- When donating you help the server stay up and in return, you get perks and privileges.
- Donating for any V.I.P is for 2 months and to keep it permanently, you will need to pay every 2 months.
- Refunds will not be given out.
- Donation packs and prices can be changed at any time.
- Overall, donating is optional, if you'd like to donate to help the server and give yourself extra privileges then feel free to do so, if you don't want to donate then don't, it is completely optional.

All donators agree to these terms when donating. Make sure to understand that refunds are not given out what so ever so if you charge back, you will not be given a refund as you automatically agree to these terms when donating.
